- Parents can continue to help with illness prevention by keeping children home who are sick or who are suspected to be sick. Please notify the school nurse if you have questions. We ask that parents assist in the safety and health efforts to protect Glen Rock families, faculty and staff by reminding their children to use these common practices:
- Cover your cough and sneeze with a tissue, not hands
- Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth with unwashed hands
- Avoid close contact with people who appear sick
- Open communication when not feeling well

"See Something - Say Something"
Homeland Security's "See Something – Say Something" campaign is a way
for the everyday citizen to assist authorities to maintain safety. "If
You See Something, Say Something™" is a national campaign that raises
public awareness of the indicators of terrorism and terrorism-related
crime, as well as the importance of reporting suspicious activity to
state and local law enforcement.
To report suspicious activity, contact your local law enforcement agency. Describe specifically what you observed, including:
